<p>The spicy combination of ginger, fennel, fenugreek, cumin and blueberries is improving digestion and has a harmonizing effect especially if taken after food.</p>
<p>Ginger has a stimulating and warming effect on the body. The rhizome from East- and Southasia is used since ancient times as a kitchen spice. The root stimulates the gastric secretions and healthy appetite.</p>
<p>Fennel seeds have a sweet and cooling taste and a calming effect on all 3 Doshas. They have a harmonizing and antispasmotic effect on the digestion.</p>
<p>Fenugreek has a bitter taste, increases appetite and the secretion of bile as well. It calms fire element.</p>
<p>Cumin has a pungent and bitter taste. It is heating and balances Vata and Kapha Dosha. It acts anti-flatulent and digestive.</p>
<p>Blueberries are rich on Vitamin C, A, B, E and beta-carotene. It contains a lot of minerals like Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium and Iron. The big amount of antioxidants and dietary fibre makes this fruit very rich, nutritive with a positive effect on the digestive process.</p>
<p>Our tincture is an extract with 100% certified organic herbs of water and 38% content of organic alcohol. The low amount of alcohol makes it a soft and easily digestible extract. Alcohol is the most natural preservative for herbal active ingredients. The tincture is efficient and has a long duration, no additives and chemical substances are used for the production. It can be used externally and internally. Its recommended to use it diluted with a small amount of water for intake and for external use.
