Beta vulgaris var. flavescens
A beautiful variety with nutritious dark green leaves and colorful stems of pink, orange, yellow, red and white.
Direct sow after last frost in spring or start indoors 3-6 weeks early. Sow seeds 1.5 cm deep, 5 cm apart, in rows 45-60 cm apart. Thin to 15-30 cm apart. Full sun/light shade. Withstands light frost.
