<p>Tulasi, Tulsi or „Holy Basil“ is worshipped as god’s form in a sacred plant and part of daily religious rituals in Hinduism. Till today a tender Tulsi bush is found in the inner courtyard of many Indian households and temples, grown in a decorative stone for divine protection. The plant enjoys a high respect in Ayurveda and is known as a rasayana, an elixir of life. For our tinctures we use the leaves of this powerful plant. According to the ayurvedic teachings the Tulsi leaves can be restorative to the immune system and supportive for respiratory tract. Because of its “adaptogen” properties it can reduce the effects of stress and improve mental clarity. Its warming properties can stimulate Agni (digestive fire) and harmonize Vata and Kapha dosha.</p>
<p>Our tincture is an extract with 100% certified organic herbs of water and 38% content of organic alcohol. The low amount of alcohol makes it a soft and easily digestible extract. Alcohol is the most natural preservative for herbal active ingredients. The tincture is efficient and has a long duration, no additives and chemical substances are used for the production. It can be used externally and internally. It is recommended to use it diluted with a small amount of water for intake and for external use.</p>

Directions: 5 drops 3x daily, diluted with approx. 50 ml water. The daily dosage (15 drops = 0.5ml) contains 0.5ml of alcoholic tulasi extract, which contains 1.03mg Polyphenole.
